#OECD ILIBRARY HOW TO#
The OECD iLibrary offers support for researchers in the form of short video tutorials, such as “ How to get the best search results” or “ How to work with statistical databases on OECD iLibrary”. The database is optimised for use on mobile devices. In the more detailed view of each search result, you can see an abstract and the available languages and formats, as well as options to share or export the citation to reference management software. You can filter the results list by year of publication, media type or language. The advanced search allows you to create precise search queries using multiple filters. Please note that the full-text pdfs are not searched. The quick search is preset to include titles, abstracts, authors, ISBNs/ISSNs/DOIs, tables of contents and countries. The search function is available on every page. You can look up data for individual countries or by theme. Indicators: The country statistical profiles contain data on economics, education, energy, the environment, foreign aid, health, information/communication, trade and society. Click on the name of a database to see a description and a list of the sources it uses. You can search whole databases (extract data from across datasets) or only selected parts.
